White Magic Spell of Protection Invoking The Powers of Cerridwen

September 28th, 2007 · No Comments ·

White Magic Protection SpellThis is one of many free Wiccan protection spells that can be used to a great effect for protecting your home or domicile from evil energies and black magic forces. If you don’t have an altar then you might consider acquiring one if you are going to be performing rituals in your home. For this spell you will need the following tools before you get started.

One white candle, one stick of sandalwood incense and a chalice of white wine or spring water. If you don’t have an altar then go to the exact center of the largest room in your home and cast a circle on the floor, place the candle in the center of the circle and light it. Next pick up the stick of incense and touch it to the candle flame to ignite it. While waving the incense stick over the candle recite the following incantation.

"Come ye Cerredwin keeper of the powers of inspiration and positive transformation. I humbly request your divine presence as I am in need of your assistance.

Give your blessings of protection to my home so that all who enter and dwell here will be safe from harm and good tidings shall fill the air.

Share my wine and share my home with me if only for a moment, for that is all I ask of ye Lady Cerridwen and let your will be done. So mote it be."

Sip the wine and let the smoke from the incense fill the air as you Imagine Cerridwen’s awesome powers of protection swirling about and combining with the fragrant smoke that fills the air. At this point you should rise and then reach down and pick up the candle so you are holding the candle and the incense in separate hands. Now walk through your home slowly visiting each room and allowing the incense smoke to spill into the air as you enter in to chant (let peace and tranquility fill this room). When you have completed passing the blessing to each and every room in your home, return to your altar to once again thank Cerridwin and then blow out the candle. You can leave the incense burning as you focus on the smoke drifting up to fill the room while picturing in your mind positive energy coming down to your home from the cosmos.
